Yes, I recommend the Duco. I believe fletch-tite products are designed to be chemically compatible with the Bohning lacquers. I used Bohning fletch-lac for many years, to seal my arrows, and fletch-tite glue was without peer for fletch adhesion.

When I recently experimented with Minwax Spar Poly, the Duco seemed to work very well for fletching.

I think my next experiment will involve trying contact cement over a Watco oil finish. I'm curious to see if that works.

I use Tung oil to seal; wipe on, 2 coats usually works, 3 is plenty. Fine steel wool between coats.

Joe, if you don't mind saying, what glue are you using to fletch over that tung oil?
