Just a quick question, I just received a set of Zwicky Deltas and need to sharpen them. Ive read some posts regarding regrinding the blade angle. Will most likely use a lansky system. Just wondering what angle is recommendes thanks all.. matty

There's nothing wrong with the factory angle.  I think it's 22 degrees.  However, there's usually a little concaveness in the blade about a third of the way back from the tip.  Should take this out with a file by taking material off the blade on both sides from there forward to the tip, keeping the same bevel as the rest of the blade.  Then set up your Lansky to sharpen on the factory bevel.

I bought some the other day, touched 'em up a little and I'm ready to go. I'm like Orion. I don't see a thing wrong with them. Good luck !!
