After a few days of recuperating from my elk hunting trip, taking care of honey do lists, I am starting to feel any to get out in the deer woods again .

I have my whitetail rig ready to go- arrows with  broad heads flying well, talked to landowner and he has seen a couple of nice ones recently. I just have some camo prep to take care of.

Can't wait to get out there again, I am pumped!

Good luck to all of you as well,
G

I'm with you, I'm excited.
Went out last week didn't see any Elk, but did get into some Mule Deer. I got to within 40yds of a bedded Doe for which I have a tag in this zone, but couldn't get closer, & 40 yards is just too far for me,I ran out of cover. She got up & fed away!!!!!
I did get a Grouse though & the ones my Partner got with mine really tasted good.   :archer:
