Couple strokes with a file, then a couple with a crock stick.  Should be good to go.

Woodsman Elites shouldn't need anything more than a quick stropping on leather or plain brown corrugated cardboard. Try that and see if they don't shave before using any kind of abrasive on them.

The Woodsman Elite is a great head, I just touch them up on my stones after shooting them to make sure everything is right...haven't found one that wasn't but old habits die hard.

I go right to a medium stone with oil, a few light strokes, rotate 120 degrees, same number of strokes, rotate...until it feels sharp.  Then I use my fine Arkansas stone with oil and use very light strokes.  They will shave after the fine stone but a strop brings them up to the "scary" stage.

1-2-3 Jewel Stick by Hewlett a few stroke on each side of the 3 sided stick and they will make your eyes bleed when ya look at them! Shawn
