I am looking at bear take downs that are for sale right now. I have had early green stripes and am wondering if the grips on an A 2001 or an A2012 would be like those. This topic has been around a lot, but hard to tell from pics.
Never measure the mountain until you have reached the top, then you will see how low it is.

I would think the 2001 will be similar. The newer ones have thicker grips. At  least the gray one I bought two years ago.
