Alex,
I did a pretty big write up of the DVD a few days after he released it.  I bought it directly from Byron and had it in 3 days.
Fantastic video, it has helped me tremendously, honestly words cannot describe how much it helped me.

It's Byron teaching how he tunes his bows
Honestly, if you have a good grasp of tunning it wouldn't do you much good, but for those like myself who struggled with it the DVD is worth it's weight in gold.

I am considering this DVD.
I have heard however that is has to do with carbon arrows and I shoot wood.
Do you think that it would still apply or not for wood arrows?

I asked Byron that and he said as long as you are in the right  spine range (50-55, 45-50 example) then it will work.
Personally I tried to BS woods and I started WAY TOO WEAK and broke two of them. But I have since BS woodies that I already had close and it worked fine
