While shooting some arrows this evening I found I have a "whistler" in the bunch. This was the first time these were shot, I made them up last week and every component is identical on the rest of the arrows. This has got me scratching my head, been making my own arrows for years and this is the first time I have run into this. Any ideas what might be going on?

What is your fletching material?

glass76

Five inch, shield cut, left wing, wild turkey feathers from Magnus. Feathers are glued to wraps with Fletch-Tite and glued at each end.

Are any of them secondaries? My uncle made up some for me once and the secondaries had a small "hiss" on a few.
