I bought a longbow for my grandson last fall, a fine Northern Mist Yukon - 48" long 18# @ 20". Today my daughter sent a photo of what came in the mail yesterday......his lifetime hunting and fishing license for the State of Georgia. He will have his 1st birthday in 2 weeks. He is all ready to go!!

I can take credit for the longbow but the license was a gift from his Mom and Dads good friends in North Carolina. Pretty nice on their part!!

Thats great Ron. You better start on a backquiver & arrows for him-kids grow fast & he will be shooting with you before you know it!

Good job Ron.  It sounds like a new hunting partner for life

Sam McMichael

Sounds like you are doing a great job educating that grandson. My grandson is just a tad older than yours, so maybe we will start putting pictures of them on the site at about the same time. I would really like to see a pic of him with that fine bow.
