I shot these heads last year out of my wheelie bow with deep six arrows and was extremely impressed.  Killed several deer all with the same head and they hold an edge like crazy.  The head would shave hair right out of the pack and I shot that head 5 times into my block target for practice and it would still shave hair. But they are kinda pricey.

mojo, axis arrows dont use the deep six system, they are standard threads ( X diameter). injections are deep six (G diameter)

So are the brass inserts X and the steel inserts deep six? Here's what it says on the Easton site and when I glued in the inserts it was a deep six bag. But it does seem that brass are X, but you can buy deep six inserts if you wanted/not included.
Either way, I'm going to try these heads. So I assume the standard head vs the deep six head is what I'd need?

They sure look very similar to at least one other head already on the market.

They look nice.  Sorry I have the heads I am using already.

Chuck,
They are similar to one head, with one big exception, MADE IN USA vs made in China. I'll pay a premium for premium heads made by bow folks here in the USA.

Mojo. .  good point.  Yup I agree with that one a ton.

: )  I STILL already have about 8-10 dozen broadheads waiting for their chance though.  I have been hoarding. . .

They look awesome if they made a 150 or heavier I would try them too

Sorry but a big NO for me. Solid to me is solid not vented with hugh vents at that. I bet they are noisey in flight as well. Give me a true solid like the VPA line of heads anyday. They are the best head for my money and hit them with a few strokes from a jewell stick and my daughter who has no experience sharpening, make mine so sharp your eyes will bleed looking at them. I should say that this is just my opinion and shoot whatever blows your hair back! Shawn
