I am looking at a new ground blind that I can shoot my 64" longbow for turkeys from. Which one is working for you?

If you can find one, try the Baronett 375 snake eyes venom. Or you could try any of theirs. I just prefer the 375, better quality blind. Or you could try the Double Bull, in the recurve model which is taller than the standard Double Bull, again if you can find one, or you may be alright with just the standard model. Hope this helps. God bless.

I have a Barronett "Big Mike". I can shoot a 70" longbow out of it no problem.

If your into projects, a simple thing to do is to make your own. I found that 5'x5' works well. Get yourself 12 5' lengths of PCV pipe and 8 3 way fittings. You can surround it with camo netting. You can make it as tall or as short as you want. I found that 5' tall works well for me. Don't glue it together so you can have it as a take-down.

Double Bull Darkhorse recurve model is plenty tall.

I have a Lucky's Texas Special. Tall enough for me to stand up and enough room to lay down (If needed!) Best one I've seen yet!

Hidden hunters are the easiest there are to put up and take down.

I use about 15 feet of camo netting material designed for duck blinds. It is about 4 feet high so I fold it in half and roll it up.  I also carry several lengths of green parachute cord and a small folding limb saw which are tucked inside of the netting.  The whole thing is contained with a coupel of rubber bands which also help to secure the netting to branches or sticks during construction.  Duck decoy rope works well too.  With this, I can construct a ground blind most anywhere.  I like to hunt from blow-downs and I use the netting and brances to help cover me.  Allowing the netting to droop or raising it up with a stick eliminates the even verticle and horiontal lines of a commercial ground blind.  Only down side is it doesn't protect you from the rain since you don't have a roof.

I shoot my 64" Toelke lb from my Primos Ground Max blind. The only problem I've had was having a bird too close... and while focusing on the "spot" I didn't notice how close my arrow trajectory was to the bottom of the window.

That wasn't the blind's fault. I got a great deal on mine from Cabela's... $110 with free shipping. That was 2 years ago though.

Good luck!

Baronett Big Mike. Plenty of room, and won't break the bank.

I use the Double Bull recurve model T2 - T5???  It is great and will last a life time.  Hunted out of a buddies blind last weekend - Ground Max.  I didn't like all the angled windows and the zippers.  Even the main door zipper is of poor quality.  Think that will be the first failure with the Gound Max.  Double Bull my cost more, but will last forever.  You will get what you pay for - I wouldn't trade my Double for anything on the market.

I like the hidden hunter blinds better then any.  You won't have any trouble with a 64" bow.

The Barronette 350 Grounder is 80" tall. The windows seem a bit higher than other blinds, but it's plenty tall for longer bows.
