Metal riser ILF conversion

Hey guys,

Any idea how to go about converting a metal riser to accept ILF limbs?
It'd be great if someone can show how does the ILF system actually works, and what parts do I actually need for the riser conversion.

I'm thinking of acquiring a back-mount blackswan riser for conversion. Anyone did such conversion, please advise me!
