I just picked-up a beautiful Fedora 560 Hunter T/D. I am having a little trouble getting it "dial-in".
It is 60", 43# @ 28". I shoot 3 under and draw about
27". Can you give me some recommendations on the following: (1) Brace Height,(measured from where)
(2) Nocking point (for 3 under). I am trying to papertune this bow and everything is nock high. I am shooting with the nock pt at 1 1/8" which is extremely high for me. Normally I shoot 5/8" to 6/8". 2114 seems to be the right spined arrow drawing 27" with a 175 gr pt. Any help with be appreciated. Thanks!

I would give Mike a call and get his input.

I did send Mike and Jason an e-mail a yesterday, but I have not heard anything back yet. I will probably call them in a couple of days if I do not receive a reply. I was just wondering if I was doing something wrong trying to set this bow up.

Mike is old school, i doubt he checks his email often. I think his daughter maintains the website, or doesn't, I bought a bow from him a couple months ago, and its still listed as in stock lol! give him a call. Nice guy!

I would call Mike.....but until then I would go back to basics and set it up just like any other recurve bow you ever had. Then start to sort it out from there.

Thanks guys! I will give Mike a call. Ron w, I think I will start over like you suggested to see if I missed something.

Maybe the arrow is bouncing off the shelf and giving you a false high. Did you try a nock point lower than you usually use?

How is the nock fit?  Too tight can cause problems.  Check for proper nock fit by tapping on the string lightly. The arrow should come off easily.

Mike and Jason are ALWAYS a big help.  SOMETIMES  its tough to get to them but you will eventually .
Arrow sounds about right !  Knock fit is always an issue, especially if your shooting 3 under .
Brace Height is tough , which is why id  call Mike . MY BIG EAST is  about 7.75 inches . ( closest I have )
