kudos to Josh Sowerby

I recently bought some strings from Josh who goes by Oliver Stacy. I got an old 63 dog-leg grizzly and I didn't know the proper length. The old string was 59 inches so I ordered that length but it was too long. The bow had been in a barn for years and I had no way of knowing. Josh had me send him a picture of it strung with his new string
on the bow. He replied that it needed a shorter length and sent me a new one just a couple of days later. He paid additional shipping to get it to me quickly and did not even charge me for the extra string. He went beyond to please me, the customer. People like Josh need to be recognized. He's a great guy to get your strings from. The ole Griss shoots great and now has a new life. Thanks Josh and I feel I still need to pay you for all you did esp for the added string. Thanks again Josh.

Indeed, it's more than a biz to Josh... He's in it to satisfy people as customers!

Sounds like the Josh I get my strings from. Always great service and he's not satisfied until you are and even then he tries to do better. I'm sure our other string makers are similar, but Josh has sure earned my loyalty. Oh yeah, he makes a great string, too.

Josh is one of the best! All the times I've dealt with him, he has been top notch. Won't get my strings anywhere else. :D

I am always glads to hear these stories, but never surprised that our members and sponsors always go a little further than expected.
