8 days into Rod Jenkins 21d of blank bale shooting when this wanders into my backyard...took a lot of control, to keep on working on the anchor & pull through - can I make it through the bridge in time for the last W/E in April when the turkey season starts? M.

That's control... I will know about the 21 day program in 21 days from now. Rod is coming down to Texas for a class, I'm like a kid at Christmas time.

Had a great WE in MA taking Rods clinic - his corrections were very helpful & the lesson that results come from an ingrained & perfected process fit in with my years in martial arts - its very comforting having a set sequence of movements to work on - no more trying to change different form elements because I now have an idea of what I should do - Have fun at his clinic - M
