Bowhunting in Hawaii

Hi, some friends want us to join them in Maui next winter for some fun.  Can anyone give me some info regarding the best places to hunt in Hawaii, I Maui even a choice or would some other area be better.  Any info greatly appreciated.

The first step is to figure out what area(s) will be open when you will be there.

You will want to get your hunter exemption form taken care of well in advance as well. It gets there quick but comes back slow (lol).

If you are talking guided or private land then there are a lot more options and flexibility.
