I just placed an order with Mr. Stewart for a 64" slammer, and I have 4 months to pick my veneers.

I would love to see some of his work.

Does Leon do anything with carbon, foam etc or are they all wood and grass?

He can use carbon on request.  Love my takedown.  My go-to bow.  66" of stable, fast, awesomeness.  Leon knows a thing or two about building a GREAT bow.

Just as an example...Leon's Slammers smoke an arrow, but his classic longbow that strings up a D is blazing fast as well, he's got his limb design right on.  One of the absolute best around IMHO.
