Has anyone had experience with climbing stands on aspen/quakie trees?
Wondering if their bark type would help or hinder?

Thanks
Jake

One of the easiest trees to climb with a Lone Wolf, provided the tree is large enough, say 10 inches in diameter or larger..

bamboo

every aspen i climbed with my summits were as waxy and unstable as could be!!not saying it can't be done!!but i wouldn't recommend it!!now these trees were all in the northeast--but i've been to CO and they sure looked the same to me!
