Hey John, It looks like your getting a lot of excellent ideas on wood combo's   :thumbsup:  I'm sure whatever you come up with will be just fine!

Red Elm limbs & Curly Maple Riser... let the bowyer dress up the riser.

I'd like one someday. I like North American woods in my bows.

Over&Under

Bacote/wenge riser with zebra veneers would be saaaweet!
