Is spine consistent across different kinds of wood? I have some 50-55 cedars that fly great out of my bow.  I would like to order some surewoods and actually have test kit on order, but is it necessary?  Would i be safe just ordering 50-55surewoods?

Fletcher

You'll be safe, but you may be surprised what you learn with the test kit and paper tuning.  IMO, test arrows are one of the best investments an archer can make.

No problem if you order them in the same diameter and physical weight as the cedars.
