....for Stick and String (a sponsor here) instead of my own website. It's pretty neat to see my pictures in someone elses publication. The cover is my son Danny when he was about 13. Great issue, check it out!

Roger
That is a great article!
As a public school teacher, I can comment on your teaching methods and agree with you that keeping them interested is so very important because if they are interested they are like sponges and absorb EVERYTHING!
The only complaint I have is the doggone waiting between articles!
Seriously though, you do a really great job and I enjoy visiting your site.
Thank you

Hey buddy, that's another great article from you.

For those that haven't done it, they should go to Roger's website and read his other articles (see his tagline on his post above for the link). I've known Roger for ten years now and he's the real deal and his site is just an extension of himself.  A good writer can cross subject boundries and still write a good piece. Read Roger's article on Trayvor Martin and you'll understand why I think he's a good writer.

Congrats Roger. Great article and I am really likeing  your site also. Its nice reading stuff your familiar with, well for the most part anyways, lol. Not many out of state or deer camp hunting for me. Just the Michigan connection that comes out in your writing. Mike
