Anyone here suffer from posterior to medial bow shoulder pain? I have been having issues for about  year now. Some days are better than others. If any of you have had similar problems, what did you do to rehab besides just not shooting for a while?

I just got 3 cortisone shots about a month ago.  Pain quit pretty much in just a few days.
Just had more shots in the hip and back.  Feeling better and can walk without much pain already.  Hate the shots, but like the relief.

I know the pain,I have been on the shelf for months now....no deer season for me this year.
I'll go to a longbow in the 55# range at 26" ( need to go lighter then the 66# I shoot now ). Looks like untill I find it, I'll be on the outside lookin in.
The wishbone will never replace the backbone.

I had something similar. Can you describe the pain location in different words???

Old doesn't start until you hit three figures...and then it's negotiable

Sounds like rear rotator cuff problems.  Shooting too much, too heavy.
