I placed my first order wit Big Jim about a week or so ago. I ordered a Bush NA Bag and some feathers and ferr-l-tite. They were at my door something like 3 days after I placed the order. Thats quick shipping. I also like how he does video demonstrations on some of his stuff. They are very informative. I know other companys do the same thing but some of their vidoes seem over produced and impersonal. Big Jim's lack the hype and cut right to the point-a guy talking about the stuff who has actually used the stuff he is talking about. I'll definatley order from him again.

I've never dealt with Jim, but I've ordered several times over the phone with Debbie.  She is great to deal with.  Very pleased with them!

I've only purchased a few things from Big Jim. And nothing major at that. But I have to say it was a great experience. I've called him with questions on products and he personally called me back with answers. In fact I just got an e-mail from him today about a new bolt on side quiver he's going to be offering. Fits into the existing riser inserts and is made with the same top quality care as him strap on quivers. I must have spoken to him 2 months ago about when these quivers would be available. And he actually remember to reach out. Order is going in this week.

Orderd from Big Jim Weds night. Email from him Thurs was arrow shafts had been shipped (and cut to length) and they arrived on Sat afternoon.
