My buddies were hunting with compounds so dont freak out when you see them. I was hunting with my black widow.

I had opportunities on elk many times but could never close the deal. I'm very selective on shot angle and placement. I'd rather go empty handed that risk wounding and animal. Maybe too selective sometimes. Hope you enjoy the pics.

Great pics. Sorry I missed you. I was down for just a evening, then morning hunt. I got so sick during the morning hunt, I could not even walk up the ridge to get to my truck. I never heard a single bugle during the short time I was there.
