got out for a 1 hr squirrel hunt saw 1 squirrel on way in and passed up on a 25 yard 20' up a tree shot that i totally could have made so i sat in a treestand my uncle has and glassed the woods, saw a squirrel about 80 yards away decided i was going to make a stalk got about 30 yards away decided i wanted another 5 and it took off and i broke an arrow trying to shoot a crow that was chewing on a coyote in the woods

Eric, Its tough early like this you will find they prefer the food and cover of the canopy!  Good you saw some
