So I took a visit to a competing bow shop to pick up some full length feathers, which the shop I work at doesn't carry. I say competing but really were a pretty tight knit archery community over here. Anyways, the minute I walked in I was chatting with the owner and I mentioned I picked up an Abbott and I've been shooting mostly trad. He immediately got excited and brought out two brand new beautiful sky rebels. One 45# and the other 50#. With very little convincing he talked me into shooting them, and HOLY SMOKES they are some great shooting longbows!!!! I love my Abbott, don't get me wrong, but these sky longbows were 2" shorter than I like to shoot at 64" and yet they were just buttery smooth and an overall real pleasure to shoot. The finish on them is fantastic as well, one was the flat natural camo and the other a high gloss finish with maple burl limbs. I enjoyed them so much I am going to buy the 50# one tomorrow morning. Just hope the guys at my shop don't catch me buying from another shop! Lol I'll post some pics of it when I get home, super stoked about it!

Sorry, correction, it was a Sky Longhorn. Either way great bows!

Thare,
Jim makes a  really good product. His trophy Longbow is an amazing D/R "D" bows. It shoots as good as a  bow 3 times its price without the wait times. My local shop is looking to carry some Trophy, and Longhorns.

I just received some ILF carbon/foam longbow limbs from Jim. The finish was flawless, buttery smooth, and they're quick!

Picked up the Bow as nd I'm shooting it as we speak! I ended up buying the 62" longhorn in 50#. It is high gloss, cocobolo riser with hard rock maple limbs and curly maple burly laminates. It is the prettiest bow I've ever owned. It hardly stacks, at my 29.5 inch draw I'm only adding 1.5 lbs which is fantastic for such a short bow. Never thought I'd buy a 62" longbow but this bow has changed by views on a shorter longbow, as long as its made well. I'll get some pics up within the next couple days. I'm going to continue shooting now!

I traded into a Sky Rogue (previous version of the rebel), and immediately stopped looking at all the other bows I want. Grip.was perfect.for my hand. Smooth as can be.

If n I.end up blessed being able.to get another bow Belcher will be at the top of the list I look at..
