I placed an order with Kustom King this AM. I walked away from the computer. Within five minutes my cell was ringing. It was Gabby from KK. I had misentered some data regarding payment. She called for clarification. We realized the goof (all me) and the order was processed immediately.

I'm sure other sponsors here would do the same, but this is an actual case of great and prompt customer service.

Gobby is awesome. Just this week I placed an order for a few things, and when the confirmation came, I replies to it and added something to my order. She contacted me right away, and took care of everything. Kustom King is an AWESOME outfit to work with.

If they just wanted our money, they would be selling something else. They do it because they LOVE traditional archery.

Always a good experience with them. Had an issue with an order one time and she called right away to give me options about a back order.

I was rushing to leave for work. Didn't check my data accurately. Yeah, they want our money to stay in business, but, I also think they know how much we want our stuff and want it FAST!

I'm glad we have so many trad archery suppliers to choose from, and it's amazing how many of them are sponsors here on TG.
