I would say 400. My longbow likes woodies, but my Super Grizzly is 61# at 30" and it likes ICS hunters 31 1/2" 100gr brass insert 100 grain steel adapters and Bear greenies. It is way underspined by any chart. I find that carbons are a whole different animal to tune. That same bow will also shoot a 400 with 225 up front. Hope this helps.

If your bow is centershot a 340 would shoot well. If it is not then the 400 might work better.

This is something that many forget but it is very important in selecting spine.

As said above it is important if bow is centershot or not.  My guess would be that it is not cut to center so would opt for the 400. Do some bareshafting and see which works best for you.

Was thinking of trying these shafts as well. Are the mfx shafts thinner diameter than Gold tips?  Can you adjust the weight up front like with the gold tips? Thanks
