Can everyone see the St Judes Banner?

I know what you're saying, but we are accustomed to looking for headings like PowWow, Highlights, Classifieds,etc.
I'll bet if the banner was right under Powwow there would be a lot more views and posts for St Judes, most people scroll right down past the ads.
I actually had to look for it becuase I was looking for a heading (as opposed to an ad/banner)to list something.
