This is a NEW regulation this year - Make sure you are aware of it, and don't plan on being able to list after the bidding starts.

Listings are still down from last year!

Remember - even little things add up, especially when generous folks like we have here are bidding.
If in doubt - post it and let the bidders be the judge - you might be surprised.
