Hi all,

I am preparing a setup for 3d shoot.

Its based on my new hunter DX (60 inches and 45@28), my draw is 28.

I was thinking of GT Trads 1535 cut at 28.75 and 125 grains field points.

Do you think it's a good starting point?

Thanx for your advice.

Best regards

predators typically like a stiffer arrow
id go with a 35-55 full length and cut them back
or add weight to tune
that bow should be smokin fast

I think maybe 3555's about 29.5" with a 125grn tip. Works for me      :campfire:

Hi all,

Just in case someone need the info later:

Bareshaft test gave GT 3555 at 28,75 and 125 gr field point.

Awesome combination.

By the way, using Stu's calculator, use the "custom" predator model when having a DX, not the "hunter", it was certainly only there for the Bubinga riser model.
