Ok I am mentally raped at the moment. I just shot my 60# @ 30" longbow and used a 2315 full length with 225grn head, shaft spine according to the chart is 87#. They flew like darts.

Now I have a 70# @ 30" longbow and I am wondering if I use a 97# spine wood arrow with 225gr head, would they most likely fly the same?

I currently shoot 85# spine with 160gr heads.

I shoot wood exclusively and this was a play around thing that blew my mind.I just have to figure this out.Tim

That's one of the reasons I quit shooting aluminum.  I would believe the stuff I read in the charts, then when it did not work well I would become frustrated. For some reason I seem to be more naturally suited to getting woodies figured out quickly.Besides they smell good when you work with them.

You should be pretty close, maybe a bit stiff.
