Grizzly stik Sitkas - lightweight insert?

Has anyone found a lightweight insert for the Sitka shafts?  I would like to use a 20-25 grain insert vs the 75 grain brass ones that come with.  ABS does not sell any.  I am sure someone figured this out - maybe alum shaft insert - let me know size you used.
