Looks great! I've got one that looks about the same.

Very nice, I have thought of doing something like that for some time, never got around to it. Cresting makes a nice looking arrow into a fantastic looking arrow.

It was the simplest thing I made so far. The only bad part is my drill doesnt have a low speed like my cordless did. A zip tie on the trigger helps hold it also.

Looks nice Tim.  You saved a couple bucks and made a useful tool.

Real nice! How do you connect the arrow to the drill? I can't tell in the pic. Surgical tubing?

lpcjon2

yes,I used a piece of an old alum shaft in the chuck and then the tube.

Worn out slingshot rubber is what I'm going to use. I think some medical supply hours carry it as well

I made mine with a sewing machine motor and put a dimmer switch on it so I could control the speed and it works awsome.

An old kitchen mixer from Goodwill can be made into a usable crester also.

Go to a hardware store and get clear tubing, sold by the foot.
