I'm looking to replace a pair of all-too-common brass limb bolts with something classy, BUT something other than antler.

Does anyone know of an alternative and a supplier who sells them?  THANKS.

I would encourage you to make your own.  It's not hard to do, and you'll like them so much better because you made it.  Here's some photos of limb bolts I've made for my bows.  I buy either T-bolts (or carriage bolts and sand the head into a T on a belt sander).  Then I use a holesaw to make a 1 1/2 " plug out of hardwood or micarta, about 1/4-3/8" thick.  Bury the bolt in the knob, and then glue whatever cosmetic veneer on top.  Here's a couple of examples of knobs I've made:

I do a little engraving and have done my own limb bolts. Send me your e-mail address and I can send a few pic's. I'm having a hard time posting photos from photobucket all the sudden. ?? stoneartist777@sbcglobal.net
