Kinda directing this to the broadhead collectors but anyone's advice is much appreciated.

Have a buddy that came across a 6-pack of unused, or shot, or filed on, Herter's broadheads still in original box and was wondering collector value.

I realize in the day Herters were a popular head and plenty made, but we don't whether to keep for collectors or just shoot them.

Herters sold several styles.  Pix would help

They made a Ram single blade and Ram MX 4 Blade. All heads designed by Bob Barrie.
"Neal...is this heaven?" "No Piute but we are dam close". Top of the Mtn in Medicine Bow Nat Forest.

ChuckC

They made several versions of the Ram and Ram MX heads according to Wade Phillip's book, and also a Magnum and a serpentine head.

Gary, I don't know how to post a pic from an email.

They are 4-blades.

Marc Bishop is helping me out with photo.

Thanx for the help Marc.

I have a few also. I shot my first bow killed whitetail with a  RamMX tipped Farbenglas arrrow. I'm thinking I will sharpen a few up and see about taking a moose with one.
