need wood arrow help

shooting 50# @ 28 .i draw 28 i want to shoot 160 grain field point .i want my arrows a tad longer at 29" .my bow is a great plains 1 piece longbow fast flight string.what arrow spine would be best ..thanks

I shoot just about the same as you.....I use Douglas Fir 60 -65 out of my set up, fly like darts for me, with 145 up front!

I'm with Shedrock, 65-70 should be right. You might be able to get by with 60-65 depending on how center shot your bow is.
