I just received mine and LOVE it. Quality is first class. Keeps my arrows right where I like them.(have been using a home made bow quiver converted to a side quiver but this quiver doesn't have a strap, I hate straps too) The "clip" really isn't a clip but more of a steel hook nicely covered in leather, really works good, easy on and off but super strong and secure.Arrows fit nice and are easy to get to and remove or replace with one hand. Well worth the money..

What is the arrow arrangement? Is it three on on side and two on the other? Do you have any issues with fletching rubbing on each other when pulling out an arrow? Thanks. Very interested.

I think you will like 'side quivers'. I started using them in the mid 80's (Jack Bower - Side Stalker) and have never gone back to bow quivers.
BrianH - yes, three on one side and two on the other. I haven't noticed a problem with the fletching rubbing or any noise when removing an arrow.

Brian,
A lot of time was spent on getting the arrow arrangement right so tha there was good feather clearance, while having things compact at the rear of the arrows. They come with a diagram that shows where to place the arrows in the foam.

TYhe response to this has been fantastic!
There is a bunch going out on Monday, and the rest of what has been ordered should be shipped later next week.

Just as an aside, and like I said earlier, Tim is also building the Quiver Caddy's (minus the Absorkee quiver) for those fans who still like using a Kwikee Kwiver or similar type. It rides the same, and has the same advantages, perhaps even some more, as the new Absorkee...which we modeled after the way the originals worked. And he is also covering the hoods on the Kwikees with leather to give them that special "look" too! So there is also that option available...just ask Tim.

Craig...I'm just glad Tim has agreed to make them, as I never really had the resources to up and run with the idea on a more commercial venture...and it is just too good an idea and option to let die. And Tim is really quite an innovator himself. He comes up with some great solutions to ideas, and totally bought into the idea of an "all leather" version of what I had been using for so long. I had the idea for a long time...and Tim made it work. Just be sure and let folks know how you like it...and thanks.

Update: Again, the response to this has been fantastic!!! All remaining orders should be shipped tomorrow, 12-16-2011. Providing I can get on the USPS website to print postage? Thanks, guys for your patience.
While waiting for parts, and trying to get over this damn flu type bug, I had a little extra time to work on a few ideas.......
The first one, was adding a knife to the quiver, this one is a Kevin Halverson knife that I have had for quite awhile waiting for a place to call home.

The second is a fletch cover for the Absorkee Quiver.

While it isn't on this quiver, all the ones that I am making now have a tab on the back with a hole to attatch a fletch cover.
Got to get the prices figured out before posting them on the Classifieds, and my website.
