A Tick Rider down here in Texas told me that all of the livestock tanks, and ponds have dried up, and that alot of the animals are coming to the river to drink.  I put a pop up blind after I checked the trails, and saw some massive tracks of deer and hog.  My question, is when is a good time to sit and wait?

They might water any time but very often after getting up from bedding all day, they will head to water.I'm only speaking of deer.I have no hog experience.

If its hot out around noon would be my choice.
