How much baking soda and water ratio do I use to wash my clothes? I have a hog hunt this weekend and want to reduced the scent on the clothes.

I will use the whole box (regular size)in a large load because it is so cheep, it may be overkill but oh well.
After that I will hang them outside to dry and shake out the excess, if any.

1/4 away

The box of baking soda I have says to put 1 cup in the wash.
Do not follow where the path may lead.  Go, instead, where there is no path and leave a trail.

I used half a cup the other day when I washed my hunting clothes. The load was about 3/4 full. To my nose it seemed to take the smell out.

I doubt you need a whole box. 1 cup should do it.

I've always used the entire box and rinsed 2x.
