I am interested as to how and where the engraving was done.

If you check with the "United Bowhunters of Missouri" they should be able to tell you.

Man Mudd, you are a regular archery encylopedia.
I think you have forgotten more than most of us ever knew.
My hat is off.
Archery is a family sport, enjoy it with your family.

I don't know if they did that arrow but their name is Loss Creek arrows and they offer that service along with build some great looking arrows.www.losscreekarrows.com

Pepper I don't know about all that...lol

The arrow does have UBM right on it and I'd bet my left sock that it was an auction item at the UBM banquet.

Per the Loss Creek website it's pyrography (woodburning) and they offer it on the arrows they make.
Since they can customize the wording on the arrow I would imagine they have some kind of rig where they can put together metal letters similar to printing press type and then heat it up for the burn/stamp.

Tie two birds together; though they have four wings, they can not fly.
