Due to a computer glitch, a 3Rivers order of mine accidentally went to POLAND.  Note that I do not live there, nor is it on the way to my house!

3Rivers, upon realizing the problem, immediately sent another order out to me, and waited for the first one to get sent back to them by the postal service.  That was excellent customer service!  And they are always helpful on the phone, too.

I've been very happy with 3Rivers products and service, too!  They process orders very quickly... just last week I ordered a few things on Friday and had them on my desk on Monday (from IN to PA)!
