I know there is a strong following for each however I will only be able to purchace one.  What pros/cons for each?  Somebody help make up my mind.  Thks

I have a Buffalo I bought off the classified section here. I'm shooting this bow without any silencers at all and the bow is quiet. The cocobolo veneers are outrageous. It's a keeper.

i have a 60 buffalo bow, i have never shot the thunder child. my two piece is slowly becoming my favorite bow.

I could,t decide either so I got both,2 pice TC and a 3 pice Buffalo, theres nothing better, and the Fella that makes them is just like his bows! You won't do better.

The TC limbs are more narrow than the buffalo. You can get the buffalo in a longer length if you prefer. Execution is always perfect.
I don't think either is a bad choice. I have four all together and they are all great bows.

What ever you decide, you absolutely need the beavertail grip.

This is the best handle material one can find.

Both are excellant.I have had two 2 piece 62" buffs and a 3 piece as well.If you want a longer bow the buff is superb. The TC is one of the best short hybrids out thier.I got a 2 piece 56 incher and its very smooth to draw and shoots great all around. No complaints either way.

I like short bows, so I am going to say the Thunderchild. However, either one would be a great bow; it just depends on what you are looking for in a bow.

Let us know what you order.

Couldn't make up my mind either,so I ordered both,a 54" Thunderchild and a short Buff,I think he calls it a Scout,can't wait.

I have had both and have a TC now (Big Jims personal bow) But If you like the forward handle shorter bows then it is your go to bow is the TC They have no stack or pinch for the short length my draws silky smooth But if you like the R/D style the Buff is the way to go I have had 2 Of them and have a new one on order now so my opinion is you cant go wrong with either of them. And they are pretty easy on the eyes also   :bigsmyl:   Not to mention customer service
