Not sold on Thermacell lantern just yet

If you don't like the Thermacell latern, we had good success with the citronella burn coils. Not too expensive either.

I didn`t have much luck with the lantern but the original unit works just fantastic.Uses the same stuff so I don`t know why there is such a difference

Never have used the lantern. I have the regular unit and will not leave the house to hunt without it.

Forget about the lantern and go with the regular set up. They now have a new model with a "Quiet Switch".

I agree have tried the Lamp and was not satisfied.  The regular unit, works great and still love it. Merry Liberty to all
