So the little bunny that has been hanging around the house almost got a 620 grain flu flu through him tonight , save for the "daddy please dont" request of my 6 year old and the neighbor lady who spied me with my 70 inch Longbow slung low in my hand in the front yard as she was escorting the garbage can to the favorite spot on the curb....bunny looked at me like he knew I was honor bound.....

Chad, you could always go somewhere, fight the bugs and kill a hog.

Its so hot down south the pigs on the hoof are half BBQ-ed before you shoot them.......

Red squirrels, opossums, skunks, starlings, english sparrows and pigeons are always in season in Michigan. So are ground squirrels (chipmonks?).

Chipmopnks are tasty slow rosted over a campfire with butter, salt & pepper. I think of them as the terrestrial version of frog legs.

Oh, and stumps are in season, too.
I started shooting a longbow because I thought it would simplify things and it did... now I simply need to get a whole lot closer to hit anything.

Work'n when I have to, fish'n when I can...

I'm going this weekend with two buddies.

This is a hot time of year- but its the BEST time to kill pigs by FAR!
