Howdy,
I need some advice on spine for a NM Shelton.  It is 51 lbs at 28"  I will be trimming the shafts to 29" and shooting a 145 grain point.  I will probably stick with douglas fir surewoods.  Thanks.

David Mitchell

I shoot a Shelton that is 52@28 and my shafts are 29 1/2 behind the point (125 grains) and I can shoot 50-55 spine great and 55-60 also works well.
The years accumulate on old friendships like tree rings, during which time a kind of unspoken care and loyalty accrue between men.
