Has anyone shot a Charron recurve?

Do you mean Chiron?  If you do, they are an imported bow, probably made in China but owned by Samick (Korea).  I had a Chiron Deer Master, great shooter and an excellent bow for the money.

I haven't, but I had to check out a post made by someone with an awesome name.

Charron Archery.

Had to bring this back up.  I see there's some more of these on the auction site.  They look like well made bows.  Does anyone know anything about these or the guy that makes them?

I emailed the bowyer, he only makes a few bows. I asked if he could make a shorter and poundage specific bow for my wife and he turned me down. I got her a Lost Creek instead. They do look like they would work as well as anything else. I see that one is sorter than previous models.
