Glove size?

Is there a way to measure shooting glove size? Is stretching a problem? Also should it be stiff, or a softer leather? Thanks for your help.

stiff or soft is all Up to You.. The AL Big Shot gloves are stiffer then the Damascus gloves and for Me I like to feel the string. Everyone is different so the best thing is to try both and find what You like.
