gents, i have two longbows and a recurve.  the longbows are a Great Northern traditional, and a Bear Montana, both low 50lbs.  The recurve is an old Wing Archery bow.  Is there such a thing as a stringer that i could use on all three bows?  If so, can someone clue me in?  If not, is there a stringer that will work for at least both long bows?  I guess i'm wondering if one stringer will work for both longbows even though they are different designs, a little different at least.  thanks!

item number 220771141418 on the 4 letter word site, would this work?

Black Widow sells a good stringer and you can use on both a recurve and long bow. And a Webster stringer is also a very good one.

I've got a Webster and use it on longbows and recurves.  Got it from Braveheart Archery.

I make mine out of some old leather, para cord and rubber under the leather of the top limb end. The spare I carry is made out of an old shooting glove. They work great and dont hurt the finish.
This stuff ain't no rocket surgery science!

Picked up a stringer at 3Rivers for both longbows & recurves, have used it successfully on both.  Don't know the bow make as I was just helping out some kids who forgot their stringers, but one of those longbows looked an awful lot like the Bear.
But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob;(from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:) -Genesis 49:24
