Nice pics...glad you fellas had a great time in KS, (thats Kansas, not Kwyk Styk)    :nono:

Looks like Jack was toting the new 52" Kwyk Styk and guess it works...a good hunt with good friends, don't get any better than that.

So with Jack turning 80 next year I propose we all start a movement for an M80 traditional archery class. We kinda need to show those overly anal wheelie bow boys and girls that we are a lot more practical than they are when it comes to adding classes.

Course we could also make it mandatory to be pretty much stone deaf and shaky and not quite to ever get to full draw any more. And maybe have to shoot a bow of your own manufacture.

Congratulations to the old hobbit for arrowing a turkey, but an even greater pat on the back to Terry and Gun for understanding that paying people back what they are owed is all about the so called little things. What exactly could you give a guy like Jack in the way of an object that could turn him on like the look on his face with that big gobbler in his hand?

I set out a while ago to reduce my herd of 40 bows...And I am finally down to 42

Come on up to Trophy Book archery in Spruce Grove one Friday night next winter and you could probably even shoot that lil yellow handled bow that Jack got the turkey with. You see some traditional archers who are kinda picky about other people trying their bows. They do not shoot Kempf bows which will jump into the hands of any shooter any time.

As for owning one of Jacks bows you may as well start looking for a good used one, which there are lots of, since nobody abuses one of those sweeties. The waiting list is at least 14 months for a new one.
