Some guys will be along shortly with the arrow FOC weight.

But for the fletchers, I like Bitz of course, but look at Jo-Jan too. Of those listed, I vote Grayling.
If you hunt with your kids when they are young, you won't be hunting all over for them when they are teenagers.

ok now im getting the 65/70 at 31 bop instead bighornangler called me and told me the 70/75s were shorter than he thought. so now i hope i can get these to work. need to get some kind of sealer as these ones are not sealed. i guess its just like anything else need to get all the stuff to do it right. im thinking im going to try polyshades one step color and poly sealer in one hope it works good. i dont know hope it all works out trail n error i guess

The bow is all of 55#s at that draw, so I believe the 70-75#s will be usable with 150 grain  point will work for you. With wood add 5#s of spine for every inch past 28"s with a recurve, so add 15#s spine that puts you at 70# spine, if it was a high performance recurve with FF string you could easily add another 5#s of spine. I think 65-70 would of been perfect, as Pearl Drums said you may have to go to 175 grain point.
